"It would seem that way," both Adina and the nurse said at once, agreeing that the Pikachu must have been Sparky, had Sparky been he only Pikachu that this trainer knew of. Did a Houndoom also work with the professor? Neither of them had heard anything about a Houndoom, or any other Pokemon for that matter, just a Pikachu.
"I'm afraid that they left without leaving anything here. I believe they said that they would keep looking for you in the area - sure that you would turn up at some point or another," the Blissey added.
The nurse was frowning, wishing that she could do more and, Adina seemed to sense this, so she offered, "While we cannot offer you any assistance on that matter, is there anything else we can do for you while you're here?"

Sheba sighed. She just had to look around and hope to meet them then. Hopefully, they wouldn't keep missing each other...
Sheba smiled at the kind offer. "It would be great if I could get some pointers where to go next. I also need to find a store to sell Pokémon supplies and things like a sleeping bag for me. And food. Especially food." She scratched her head. "And then I also need to contact Maevia and possibly find a place for the night. Is there a map of the town and the whole region to be found around here somewhere?"
She then thought about it. Well, if the nurse was offering already... "Oh yeah, and I've heard you are a good fortuneteller. May I get a prediction? Seeing as I've been brought here all of sudden by maybe legendary Pokémon, I figured some magical help would be nice, too." At least it couldn't hurt.

"From here, there are two routes, numbered Route 1 and Route 2, that lead to a cave referred to as the Cave of Spirits. Pass through the cave, and the exit will land you directly in Divinity City. We've heard that it is the home of the first gym leader," Adina piped in to offer what information she knew. "There is a market here in Ruelda that offers plenty of supplies. There are many market stands as well as a small Poke Mart," the nurse added. "There is a map displayed on the wall over there." She gestured toward it as she spoke. "And there is also one that you can view on the Pokemon PC. You're also welcome to use the video phone, free of charge. There is a digital phone book, which should include the Professor's number." It was a lot of information to digest, but, hopefully, she got it all.
"Oh, of course you may!" The nurse seemed very pleased that Sheba had asked about her fortunes. "Now, I don't think I'm all that good, but I'd love to help any way that I can. Could you follow me, please?" The nurse beckoned for the trainer to follow, leading her back to the room that she had come from. It was just a small room, decorated in a very interesting manner, complete with candles and incense. There was a circular table in the middle of the room with two cushioned chairs facing one another and a crystal ball sitting in the center.

Sheba listened attentively to all the information she was given and nodded. After being done talking to Adina and the nurse, she would let Delos out of his Pokéball and they could both phone Maevia. Then she'd check out the map and then search for the PokéMart. It sounded like the way to the next city was quite long. "Thank you, that helps quite a bit. Are there any Pokémon Centers on the way to Divinity City? Two Routes and a cave is a long way."
Sheba followed the nurse gladly into the next room. The decoration was surprising, yet not. It looked...exactly how she would have imagined a fortuneteller's room would look like. "Wow, this looks really professional", she remarked, going to one of the chairs, assuming she would have to sit down. "I'm really curious now what you will see."

"I believe that there is one," Adina responded, putting her hand to her cheek and having to think it over for a moment. "Sadly, I'm not sure where, but I'm pretty sure that there is." Sheba was right, it was a long way, which was why there must have been one.
"Thank you." The nurse's smile beamed with the trainer's compliment as she took her seat across from her at the table. "Believe it or not, the crystal ball is mostly for decoration," she muse. "Will you hold out your hands, please?" She requested. "It is usually much easier for me to gain a prediction about specific people if we have contact." Without contact, her visions could end up leading her anywhere, about nearly anything or anyone.
The nurse held out her hands on the table, palms up.

Sheba was glad to hear that. Her money was pretty limited right now and she had no idea if she would have had enough to afford both food and Pokémon supplies for such a long journey without an opportunity to heal somewhere along the way.
Sheba sat down on the chair and nodded. That made a lot of sense. She placed her hands on the ones of the nurse, silently waiting because she didn't want to disturb her concentration. Or at least Sheba assumed that making a prediction needed a lot of concentration.

With Sheba's hands in hers, the nurse closed her eyes. She started to hum very quietly for a few moments, before speaking. "I see that you came from Celestic City, in the Johto region. But what is this? You have only been here for a short time, yet it already seems that one of the Legendary Pokemon has taken some favor in you. How peculiar." She paused for a moment, seemingly to attempt to gather more information. "Sadly, it is not very clear which one, but it is one of the Pokemon that hails over the element of fire. It is... a female rather than her male counterpart. It appears as though you will meet her some time in the somewhat near future, but when you do, you may be put in danger." She opened her eyes then, they locking onto the eyes of the trainer. "Only with her help and the help of your own companions may you avoid this unseen danger," she advised, stressing the importance of her words with her tone.

Sheba was, to put it bluntly, stunned. A legendary Pokémon had taken favor in her? How could that be? She was no one special! And a fire Pokémon... She went through the list in her head. Moltres, Entei, Ho-oh, Groudon, Reshiram... were there more? She didn't know. She also had no ideas about the genders of legendary Pokémon. "Danger doesn't sound very good", she admitted. "But I would love to meet a legendary Pokémon. Especially one that likes me, even though I can't imagine why she would favor me..." Hopefully, whatever that 'danger' was would be not too dangerous in the end. Her companions were all still pretty small, weak Pokémon and couldn't beat very strong foes yet. Hoping that the nurse would maybe see more, Sheba went silent again.

"The Legendary Pokemon are peculiar beings," the nurse responded. "Often times, we cannot tell what they are thinking or why they do the things that they do." With these words, she closed her eyes once more, attempting to find anything else out about the trainer.
"There is a lot of darkness, preventing me from see much else," she explained, after a few minutes had passed by without word. "The only thing else I can see at this time is... Your unanswered wish at the shrine of the legendaries, it will be granted."
She opened her eyes again, a bit of a frown touching her lips. "I'm sorry that I can't see anything else. Its frustrating when that happens, but I'm still only learning. I haven't found a way to see what the darkness in my visions hide." She had a long way to go before perfecting her talent, which was why she didn't mind offering her predictions without asking for anything in return. She enjoyed it and she needed all the practice that she could get.

"I hope I do meet her soon then, so I can ask her myself", Sheba decided. Meeting a legendary Pokémon would surely be interesting. Maybe it would even be the one who had brought her here? She surely had a lot of questions.
"Oh! That's wonderful!" Sheba beamed. She would really get some money from the legendary Pokémon? Amazing! She wouldn't venture far from town then until her wish was granted so that she could use it on supplies. "They are always so nice to me!"
Sheba smiled and leaned back. "Thank you so much! That was really very helpful. I'm still new to all of this and only here since a day, so knowing about anything that I will face is extremely important to me. Especially when it's something like meeting a legendary Pokémon." Even though the danger worried her, she hoped that the prediction would come true.

The nurse smiled, happy that she managed to do some good with her predictions again. She wasn't entirely sure when she had developed her gift of foresight, but she had been attempting to train it since she discovered her little talent. She could only really practice on trainers that came through the center, though, since most of the townsfolk didn't feel the need to have their fortune read more than once. Their lives were simple, after all.
"Thank you for allowing me to see your fortune. I love being able to practice," she replied, standing up from her seat. "Is there anything else I can help you with? I believe you wanted to use our video phone to contact the professor?"
She lead the way out of the fortune telling room, holding the door open for Sheba to pass.

"It must be fun, having to do two so different things like fortunetelling and working at a Pokémon Center", Sheba commented. It really was a bit of an odd combination, wasn't it?
"Yes, I need to phone Maevia urgently." Sheba grimaced. She had aquired so many Pokémon by now that the Professor was probably already swamped with hers and she had had no time to warn her. How had that all happened? And Delos wanted to speak with her, too.
Sheba gave the nurse a smile when she passed the door back into the main room of the Pokémon Center. This had definitely been quite the experience.
